I am currently in Poland and have tried to contact customer service many times, but waiting times and frequent disconnections make it difficult for me to make a change. I wanted to change to a flight from Warsaw to Philadelphia on March 12 or 14, 2023. After 25 minutes of bad English translation, I was told that the change would cost $250 due to the difference in ticket prices. However, before making the change, after 50 minutes of waiting, the price was changed to… $600? I would like to point out that the current price for a round-trip flight is 700–900 dollars. Please provide justification for such treatment of the client.”
