Why T4Trade is a scam?

The website of T4Trade Broker, which provides information on bonuses, unregulated leverage, and other things that Tier 1 regulators forbid, is undoubtedly interesting and colorful.
At first sight, the website looks legit but the reality is not the same as they claim. Financial Conduct Authority (United Kingdom) is issued a warning against T4Trade.

According to the authority “We have not authorized this company, and it is primarily aimed at UK residents. If something goes wrong, it’s doubtful that you’ll get your money back because you won’t have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or be covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).”

Tradeco Ltd is the owner of the Seychelles-registered trademark T4Trade. The Financial Securities Authority of Seychelles, which is in the Tier 3 zone, is responsible for T4Trade regulation. Do not believe the broker’s claims; a Tier3 licence is useless without Tier1 regulation.
