Why BitFinityFX is a scam?
We now have BitFinityFX, a further anonymous website attempting to pose as a reputable forex broker that we can feel secure in entrusting with our money. Verifying our assumptions with the facts showed that BitFinityFX is solely a fraud.
The first blatant difference between BitFinityFX and the real providers of financial services is the absence of such information.
No corporate name is included in the Terms and Conditions either. One time in the Withdrawal, Refund & Cancellation Policy – BitFinityFX Ltd. does a legal entity appear. The existence of such a corporation, however, is not supported by any solid evidence.
In the contact menu, there are phone numbers for both the UK and Australia, which should create the idea that BitFinityFX works in these highly regulated countries.
This offshore region is infamous for its lack of broker regulation. As soon as you visit the local Financial Services Authority’s website, you are informed that the organization does not license brokers and does not regulate the operations of businesses that purport to conduct such activities.
Yet, BitFinityFX is not actually mentioned among the businesses that have SVG registrations. What we can be certain of is that whoever is actually operating this website lacks the legal authority to provide goods and services related to finance.
