AktienAG says it is a global online broker that makes it easy to trade in more than 130 trading instruments in 6 asset classes. It sounds fantastic, but sadly, AktienAG is just an obvious fake. It was reportedly owned by Aktien C Ltd., was situated in the UK, and claimed to be officially licensed and authorized. Aktien Ag is actually not regulated anywhere, and to make matters worse, we firmly suspect that they even have a UK headquarters.

AktienAG is not a licensed provider of online forex and CFD trading. A formal alert was issued against AktienAG by the German regulator Federal Financial Supervisory Authority. According to BaFin, “In accordance with Section 37(4) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG), BaFin would like to make it clear that AKTIEN C LTD has not been granted authorization under the KWG to conduct banking business or provide financial services. The company is not supervised by BaFin. The information provided on the company’s website, aktien.ag gives reasonable grounds to suspect that AKTIEN C LTD is conducting banking business and providing financial services in the Federal Republic of Germany without the required authorization.“
