A crypto user has reported red flags regarding Coinsnest.net, a trading platform accused of not holding funds belonging to users and not processing withdrawal requests. The user’s report states that a USDT withdrawal made 24 hours ago still reflects as “under review,” with no transaction hash or confirmation, and more worryingly, no reply from customer support.
“I sent them an email and haven’t heard from them,” the user stated. “This is not how a legitimate crypto platform does things.” They further stated that the lack of openness and communication hints at deliberate stalling or something more severe — like the platform hostage-taking users’ funds.
The user has since filed a formal complaint with the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3.gov) and encourages others with similar experiences to do the same. The post ends with a warning: “Don’t trust this site. Spread the word. And please — no DMs offering crypto recovery help. I’m not ready to be scammed again.”
This case is part of an increasing number of user-reported problems involving lesser-known crypto exchanges. Experts in the industry continue to warn against the use of untested exchanges, particularly those that have no regulatory presence or record of reliable service.
